How can I start a construction project with Axis Builders?
Call or WhatsApp us on +977 9851199286, email axisbuildersnepal@gmail.com, or send the consultation form on this website. We will arrange a first conversation to understand your plans, then a site visit.
Can I request an initial consultation?
Yes. Use the 'Request a Consultation' form and tell us about your plot and plans. We will contact you to agree a time. Whether a consultation is free of charge depends on what it involves — we will tell you before we meet.
What information is required for a construction quotation?
Ideally the approved architectural and structural drawings, the plot location, the number of floors and built-up area, and the finishing level you want. With less information we can give a preliminary estimate, and refine it once drawings are ready.
Does Axis Builders offer turnkey construction?
Yes, turnkey construction is one of our services. The exact inclusions — design coordination, finishes, fittings and external works — are agreed in the written proposal for each project.
Can the company coordinate with my architect or structural engineer?
Yes. We regularly work with the owner's own architect and structural engineer, and can also introduce designers if you need them.
How is the construction scope and payment schedule agreed?
Both are set out in a written agreement before work begins. Payments are usually linked to stages of work. The exact schedule is agreed with each client.
How can I follow project progress?
You will receive regular updates with photographs, and you are welcome to visit the site at agreed times. The reporting frequency is agreed at the start of the project.
Does the company undertake renovation projects?
Yes. We take on renovation and remodeling work. Any structural change is assessed by a structural engineer first.
