Common questions

Do I need approved drawings before construction starts?

Yes. Construction should follow drawings approved by the municipality. If you do not have them yet, we can coordinate with an architect and structural engineer of your choice.

Can you build in stages if my budget is phased?

Often, yes. A phased build can be planned so each stage is structurally complete and protected. We will discuss what is practical for your design.
