Our construction process

Every building is different, but the path is the same: understand what you need, agree it clearly, build it carefully and hand it over properly.

  1. Initial Consultation

We meet — at our office, on site or by phone — to understand your plans, plot and priorities.

  2. Site Visit and Requirement Assessment

We visit the plot, look at access, levels, neighbouring structures and soil, and note your requirements.

  3. Design and Scope Coordination

We work with your drawings, or with your architect and structural engineer, to define exactly what will be built.

  4. Cost Estimation and Proposal

We prepare an estimate or bill of quantities and a written proposal with the scope, specifications and assumptions.

  5. Agreement and Project Planning

Scope, payment schedule and responsibilities are agreed in writing, and the work sequence is planned.

  6. Construction Execution

Work proceeds on site under supervision, following the approved drawings and specifications.

  7. Progress Monitoring and Quality Checks

Progress, materials and workmanship are checked at each stage, and you receive regular updates.

  8. Finishing, Inspection, and Handover

Finishing is completed, the building is inspected with you, and it is handed over with the agreed documents.

The exact process and deliverables depend on the scope agreed for each project.
